Is it a surprise to have institutional racism when the elite use any of these 10 lies?

Is it a surprise to have institutional racism when the elites in taking based societies (ie societies of bullies where force is used to take what they want from others to create Win -Lose society with increasing injustice & inequality) use any of these 10 lies to foster unaccountability?

(1.) It is the will of the People because Governments, politicians & bureaucrats work for the People (& not their self interest or the interests of their sponsors) even in Banana Republics or pysdo-democratic countries like America & England where the majority of votes do not count. Is it the will of the People to respond to the pandemic by increasing health damaging pollution by transferring wealth to increase subsidies to polluters?

(2.) We are in the position of self proclaimed authority so “know What is is best for You – better than you can ever know yourself!!!” despite not being known for using wisdom as party politics selects candidates who will follow the whims of the Party regardless of evidence. Bureaucrats just carry on doing what they have done -imposing “One size fits All” eg tackling Air Pollution causing Ill-health by building more roads to increase traffic to create more pollution – until the Public are so outraged by the evidence that it is not working that they force a change.

(3.) The Pursuit of Happiness. This lie implies that things (that others control are moving away from you) outside of you are more powerful / important than you as can give you limited access to the Feeling called Happiness despite the fact that feelings only exist when you choose to create them inside you.

(4.) Governments promote the lie Only Business creates Wealth (that is required to correct the damage businesses & governments produce) so they can justify subsidising them with lower tax rates & more exemptions such as spending on excess packaging & on misleading advertising via corruption corporation tax. Businesses can only sell stuff to customers who already have money and are willing to give more money to the business than it spends to obtain the stuff sold. Businesses only concentrate existing wealth into the hands of a few.

(5.) Profit measures efficiency but only when comparing businesses with the same cost & price structure in the same market. Otherwise profit only measures the ability of the business to extract more money from customers &/or from workers due to their monopoly power &/or its ability to pass costs of pollution & illness on to others.

(6.) I am more important than you because I have more wealth than you so can buy the support of the Law, government and the police. Businesses are separate legal identities to protect the owner’s assets from his actions.

(7.) Price = Cost = Value, that bureaucrats use to avoid been accountable, is a lie as there would be no reason to trade unless the perceived value & actual value to customer are above the price and above the cost the business bares to obtain the stuff they sell. The real cost would be the price the customer paid that included all the costs of externalities like pollution; illness & social damage resulting from the production & use of the stuff sold.

(8.) People are paid what they are worth. Workers are never paid what they are worth especially if they are not in a union or are from a group that is discriminated against because the wealth that workers produce has to fund raw materials, power, finance &  the accounts; admin; management; marketing; sales & customer service departments as well as giving the owners a return.

(9.) Governments pretend their system of Fake Accounting called #GDP measures economic wellness of a country – but it just distorts the economy towards what is measured and away from wellbeing as money spent on clearing up pollution and dealing with ill-health is added to the income generated by businesses producing these externalities while the full costs of the extrenalities like pollution, Climate Change & Social disruption from the organised crimes that governments foster by creating Tax Havens, are not accounted for.

(10.) Trade is always beneficial but only when done for mutual benefit with informed consent between equals. Most trade deals are unfair especially those with the US where the poorer party is limited to just selling raw materials to companies in the US and buying back the products while also being sued (in the companies own courts ) if they dare to stop the company from poisoning their people & environment. Countries wanting to be more than another polluted banana republic need to get fair trade deals with each other to build up their expertise to produce high value products to get the money to pay the interest on the loans they have been conned into accepting from the rich countries.

So what can be done about it?

Create a better resource allocation system that favours local solutions instead of muti-nationals to replace the failed greed & fear based top-down system.

That will include the use of schools:

  • to correct the programming that things are more important than people (-which is installed by bad parenting methods & advertising by age 1 )

  • to correct the habit of stress (& dis-ease) inducing shallow chest breathing

  • to reconnect people with their inner guidance systems

  • empowers people to deal with trauma so they can release the burden of passing it on

  • to empower people to use their uniqueness to work with others to create more than the sum of the parts (this wealth can be used to self fund schools & other services) to learn more I invite you to join https://understandinghumandesign.com/ref/Philip1eM4/

  • Educate people that Life Matters and Older Civilisations & Native communities have wisdom that modern society needs like how to grow your own food & to be sustainable.

  • and that Nature is not some fearful monster that must be beaten into submission. Life thrives in healthy ecosystems where the waste of one species (eg tree leaves) becomes the food / home for others and predators cooperate with pray species to keep the system healthy.

  • Dis-eases are formed when systems are out of balance: as when importing plants / animals from other areas; or by supporting the chemical farming favoured by the banks (as (a) require bigger loans each year to pay for more of the more expensive chemicals to offset the fall in productivity and (b) have a increasing risk of failure so the bank can take your land) as predators are absent from mono-cultures while pests build up resistance to the poisons applied to them. Mono-cultures are also more prone to being lost to the Changing Climate caused by urbanisation & pollution.

  • Healthy Plants turn the sun’s heating energy into growth & the production of Oxygen that we need to Breathe & to get out of Fight/Flight response.

Why the 2020 lockdown is a blessing?

What if you knew the current enforced pause -the 2020 lockdown that most of us are under as Health care systems struggle to cope with the latest trade induced disease (like The Plague, Swine Flu, Stress, Sugar addition etc)- was actually here to help us to take the time to rest & reevaluate
What is important in your life?
HEALTH; Family; Community; Living our desired life

and What is not working?
like an economy based on taking to benefit a few: the Health of all via pollution; the money from customers; Time & resources from poorer people.

Or the Bureaucratic sector that ignore evidence to impose their “One size fits all” policies regardless of the harm caused to the majority.

The reduction in economic activity during the lockdown is allowing Nature to heal some of the effects of years of pollution that is adding to the danger of the current situation and people are discovering their local area.

So we can emerge stronger to create a just, peaceful society that works for the mutual benefit of all.

How can we adapt to Climate Change?

When I was a kid most trees lost their leaves in mid October with the Oak loosing its leaves before Bonfire Night now Oak & Hazel do not start to loose their leaves until mid December. This year the Oak came into leaf in March 6 weeks before its pre-industrial companion the Ash. The change in growing seasons is not all good news as summers get hotter & dryer grasses including wheat for bread stop growing.

The changes in volcanic activity & solar spot activity (which causes solar wind to disrupt Earth Ionosphere shield and let more rays in) & the changes in the Earth’s orbit account for 80 to 90% of the observed temperature changes. So some change is inevitable so we need to adapt.

Politicians & bureaucrats want a simple “One Size Fits All” so Mrs Thatcher chose CO2 & set up the IPC and changed the way University Research was funded (to the number of times an article is published (ie more sensational or extreme findings) instead of the quality of peer reviews of the science / evidence) to promote it.

CO2 is produced by the process of breathing so makes an ideal tax subject as everyone breathes.

Plants use the energy from the sun to produce Oxygen & to grow in the reverse process of Breathing called Photosynthesis

6CO2 + 6H2O + Energy = C6H12O6 + 6O2

The ice core studies showed that in the past increases in CO2 lagged hundreds of years behind temperature increases. However the release millions of years worth of stored CO2 in just a few decades must have some effect.

It has been known for over 100 years (thanks to aerial photography & saterlight images) that every change in landuse (– including switching from organic farming to growing the same crops under unsustainable modern chemical production methods favored by the banks) produces detectable changes.

Bare ground & roads & buildings of non-natural materials (eg brick, concrete, steel or glass) absorb the sun’s energy as heat during the day & radiates most of it back into the atmosphere at night making towns 4c warmer than the surrounding countryside which is why some of the temperature readings are adjusted over time.

As Party Politicians & bureaucrats are not accountable & do not use science or review evidence in their decision making they want to pretend that the Climate Change we are experiencing is caused by CO2 instead of their policy of subsidizing polluters & creating economic bubbles to boost the profit of a few at the expense of all.

Climate Change can be solved by:

  1. introducing True Cost & Benefit Analysis into decision making
  2. and by transplanting Holly & Laurel from the woodlands (where they are shading out biodiversity) to increase Health & Safety of roads by planting down the center to reduce glare for drivers & to filter out the poisons
  3. Making government accountable
  4. Stop subsidizing polluters via the tax system
  5. Make produces/sellers responsible for all the waste they produce & the quality of the products (ie designed to last)
  6. Switching to Wellbeing as the primary measure of society instead of the system of Fake Accounting called GDP
  7. Requiring all land managers to leave the land & biodiversity in a healthier state than it was 10 years ago
  8. Design communities to need less commuting & to walk or cycle
  9. Design buildings & roads to be carbon neutral including in construction – growing plants on walls, roofs & other wasted areas
  10. Taking personal responsibility for the choices we make that either harm our Life-support system (boosting the profit for a few) or benefits us.

A Death or

Do you know Why more people Die in Life-giving Ponds & Rivers & quicker than in Motorbike Crashes every year in the UK?

Water is essential for All Life. Most organisms are made from mostly water – Humans are 75% water. Plants need access to water for controlling their temperature & to be able produce the Oxygen we need to breathe.

However there are  Six Factors that are always present with a body of life-giving water that can cause A Death or worse on any day.

Animal-A-F

There are four things worse than A Death

  1. Y. D.
  2. M. D. – very common when you do not know the six factors
  3. B. D. &  a B. – a common result of factor D
  4. Public Speaking – especially in Court explaining  why someone you were responsible for Died – when you did not invest

I have created a webinar explaining the Six Factors that are always present with a body of life-giving water that can cause A. D.e.a.t.H. or worse on any day and why the risk increases in urban areas and if you are Aged 5 to 35 or walk a dog outside Read the rest of this entry »

What does Sustainability Mean to You?

What does Sustainability Mean to You?

Sustainability is the ability to sustain one’s self indefinitely.

So sustainability requires the practice of

  • being aware of the consequences of your actions

  • and planning to use resources only to the extent that the system can support that use

  • meeting your desires without harming the ability of other parts of our life-support system – called Planet Earth,  to meet their desires either now or in the future.

As the detailed interdependencies of all Life on Earth are not known, the protection of the diversity of our eco-systems would be the sensible course for those who want to sustain live on our only planet for more than a few months because different organisms will have different survival rates in the changing environment that is the result of the changes in the universe and the actions of men.

Everything you do either damages your ability to sustain your life or enhances it regardless of whether you know about it or not.

For example paving over your garden has the harmful effects like not letting rain soak into the ground so

  • increases the risk of flooding  – which also transports the poisons from land to the rivers that are your water supply
  • increases health risks as increasing rain run off rates causes the sewage treatment works to overflow so pump raw sewage into the rivers
  • prevents the replacement the water supply in aquifers
  • increases the rate of soil drying out which causes ground shrinking that causes your property to subside
  • increases the rate of climate change by killing the organisms that live in the soil that absorb &store carbon dioxide from the air
  • changing the land use also effects the weather system by altering the radiation that is picked up in photographs from planes & satellites. Urban areas are now 4c warmer than the surrounding areas so shift the weather pattens creating heavier storms

The policies of the Political Establishment have had predictable yet unintentional effects on the sustainability of the world such as the policy “that you are not worth considering if you are not as wealthy or as powerful as me” which led to the slave trade (destroying the native cultural knowledge of how to live sustainably in different eco-systems), colonization  and the associated wars to rob people of their land & resources and forcing the survivors to either move to less productive and more fragile areas such as commons or drought prone hillsides or to move to urban areas and hope to sell enough to buy the food that is exported from their homeland.

Another harmful policy is that of subsidizing waste production by

  • allowing businesses to deduct the costs of packaging & marketing from any tax they pay (so they can make bigger nominal profits & can more easily afford to buy the support of the Establishment)
  • getting Local Authorities to litter pick & collect rubbish to store in the holes of the mineral extraction companies
  • making ordinary consumers pay for waste with their health & financially 3 times over – in the price of the product, in the Council Tax & in the extra taxes to cover the cost of the tax subsidies for the producers
  • Not making the waste producer responsible for storage after consumer use so they have no incentive to use resources efficiently or to enable recycling  which is why most food comes in non-recyclable containers
